Delivery & Returns

Delivery
We are always delighted to supply customers around the world, and endeavor to make the process as simple as possible. We aim for 2-3 working days for despatch of your orders. Please note at the busiest time orders may take up to 3-4 working days. Orders should be delivered within 3-5 working days after despatch within Europe. All orders are packed in un-marked and recycled packaging.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, as new! — Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We request photographic and/or video evidence of all damages wherever possible.

Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalized items and personal care items (for hygienic issues, as you might understand). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
